Who Started Breathe Easy CE Services and WHY???

Breathe Easy CE Services, LLC was founded by Jose Vazquez. Jose's Healthcare background comes from being a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Southern California for over a decade. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Jose has had the opportunity to work in Acute Care Bedside and Outpatient Care. While in Acute Care, Jose gained experience in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As an outpatient Respiratory Care Practitioner had the experience of running a Pulmonary Rehabilitation program and an Oxygen Utilization department. 

As a child, Jose had a loved one who suffered from asthma. Whenever his loved one's asthma was exacerbated and was taken to the hospital, Jose felt a sense of security when he would see the Respiratory Care Practitioner.  He felt his loved one was about to get the help he needed. This planted a seed in Jose that he had no idea was planted because it would not blossom until many, many years later. 

Jose's greatest passion is helping people. As an Acute Care Respiratory Care Practitioner, this has meant helping people at the bedside by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, assessing, recommending, and providing appropriate patient therapies. Every patient Jose has cared for brings him back to that child who would see a Respiratory Care Practitioner come and help his loved one. Compassionate and empathetic care is the cornerstone of Jose's practice.

While working as a bedside Respiratory Care Practitioner, Jose has had the pleasure of mentoring Respiratory Care Students, new staff, and a group of peers. The feeling of accomplishment while mentoring has been great due to the belief that by helping others, others will help others. This brings us to Breathe Easy CE Services. The hope is that by training, mentoring, and educating more people, we can build more compassionate, empathetic, caring providers
